Projects

Gypsum concrete underlayment projects across WA, OR, ID, and MT — garden-style, podium and mid-rise, townhome, hotel, and senior living work.

The Floors Under the Buildings You Know.

Underlayment is the trade nobody photographs — by the time a building opens, our work is invisible under the flooring, doing its job every time a neighbor walks across the ceiling and nobody downstairs hears it. These are some of the projects where that job is being done. Every project below was poured with computer-weighed batches and delivered with per-batch QC reports in the closeout file; square footages are real, and photos are from our own decks, not stock.

Walk-Ups. Breezeways. Production Speed.

Garden-style work is the double scope: fire- and sound-rated unit floors inside, lightweight concrete and waterproofing on the breezeways and balconies outside — one crew, one mobilization.

Five-Over-One. Pumped High. Poured Flat.

Podium work tests logistics — pumping to upper floors, tight urban staging, schedule stacking with a dozen other trades. Our single-trailer rig and 40,000 sq ft/day throughput are built for it.

Party Walls. Party Floors. Quiet Homes.

Townhome and missing-middle projects are smaller pours with the same code stakes — and our under-10-minute setup means small projects do not pay a big-project mobilization penalty.

Guests Upstairs. Silence Downstairs.

Hospitality and senior living carry the strictest combination of fire rating and acoustic expectation — and the most demanding closeout reviews. This is where the per-batch record earns its keep.
