Our batch plant is the reason that footprint works: the Smart Batch® GC-1 travels on a 25-foot trailer, sets up on hydraulic jacks in under 10 minutes, and runs self-contained on a full pour day of fuel. There is no fixed plant to route around and no ready-mix window to book — the plant comes to your site, whether that site is in Tacoma or Kalispell.

For projects outside the Puget Sound core, we schedule pours in coordinated windows — often batching multiple buildings or phases into one mobilization so travel cost never lands on a single pour. With up to 40,000 sq ft/day of capacity, most multifamily buildings are a short number of pour days, and the rig’s fast setup means a travel day does not cost you a work day.
