Class A Specs. Class A Paperwork.
The Eastside builds to a different standard. Bellevue, Redmond, and Kirkland projects are underwritten on premium rents, reviewed by owners’ reps who read submittals line by line, and marketed to tenants paying enough to complain about a neighbor’s footsteps. On these jobs the sound assembly is not a code checkbox — it is part of the product. We pour for that standard: the exact tested assembly, at the specified thickness, at the specified mix design, with a per-batch cloud QC record that survives every closeout review. When the acoustic consultant’s field test happens, you want our paperwork behind your floor.
Building on the Eastside
The Spring District, the Bel-Red corridor, downtown Redmond, Kirkland Urban’s orbit, Wilburton’s rezone — the 2 Line’s opening turned the Eastside’s transit corridors into a decade-long multifamily pipeline, much of it wood frame over podium alongside some of the region’s most active senior-living development. Senior housing doubles down on both of gypsum concrete’s jobs: fire ratings (1–4 hour UL assemblies) and acoustic separation for residents who are home all day. Eastside sites are also tight and neighbor-sensitive; our enclosed bulk batching cuts airborne dust roughly 94% versus bag-breaking (per Smart Batch Systems), which your neighbor-relations plan will appreciate.
